CBG USA (“CBG USA” or “we” or “us” or “our”) recognizes the need to protect
the privacy of the personal information you provide to CBG USA with respect
to your access and use of our website and related services (the “Website”).

For 29 years CBG USA has operated databases and directories in publications
and online to provide public service directory information content.  We
adhere to the highest standard possible to maintain your data's security.  
Directory listings posted on the website are generally directory content
gathered from public sources.  Directory listings are indexed by search
engines and you have complete control of your listing.  If you wish it to be
removed please email us at publish at ak.net.  To date CBG USA has never had an issue with respect to client satisfaction. 
 
We have adopted this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which sets
forth, the type of information that is collected, the purpose and use of the
collected information, and your rights with regard to the collected
information. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your
personal information when using the website. By accessing the Website, you
are consenting to the collection and the use of your information by us, but
only to the extent described herein. Should you wish to revoke your consent,
you may do so by contacting us, information on which is set out in the
Privacy Policy below.
 
CBG USA may make modifications, deletions and/or additions to this Privacy
Policy (“Changes”) at any time. Changes will be effective: (i) thirty (30)
days after CBG USA provides notice of the Changes, whether such notice is
provided through the Website user interface, is sent to the email address
associated with your account or otherwise; or (ii) when you opt-in or
otherwise expressly agree to the Changes or a version of this Privacy Policy
incorporating the Changes, whichever comes first.

We are accountable for the information in our custody. Therefore, when we
collect or use your information, we will utilize commercially reasonable
safeguards to ensure its protection. It should be noted that no security

revoked your consent, we will delete your record and stop using your
Personal Information. If you do choose to withdraw such consent, your access

CBG USA does not store sensitive payment information on its internal
servers, however, we may share payment information only when it is necessary
for travel reservations facilitated through or made on the Website, and we

policies of any travel supplier whose products and services you may purchase
through the Website. Please note that these suppliers also may contact you
as necessary to obtain additional information about you or your travel

Referring websites: If you were referred to CBG USA from another website, we
may share your registration information, such as your name, email address,
and travel preferences about you with that referring website. We have not

referred you to CBG USA.

CBG USA is subject to the investigative and enforcement authority of the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and is obliged to disclose personal data in
response to lawful requests by public authorities, for law enforcement and
national security purposes, and has potential liability for onward transfers
to third parties.

CBG USA will conduct compliance audits of its relevant privacy practices to
verify adherence to this Policy. Any employee that CBG USA determines is in
violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
